PC Electric recognizes the significant economic fallout from COVID-19 on local families and businesses and understand that our members may be facing financial challenges paying their electric bill.  If you have missed payments, or have a past-due balance, we want to help. We are offering our members a repayment plan that will allow for past due balances to be repaid over a 12-month period. Past due balance will not reflect on the member’s credit report if they choose this plan.  As our community begins to recover and reopen from the COVID-19 pandemic, PC Electric will resume disconnections for accounts with past due balances beginning August 19, 2020.

We encourage all members who are unable to pay their bill to call our office at 225.638.3751 (Monday – Thursday; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM and Friday; 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM) to discuss repayment options.

Please remain patient as we may be experiencing an unusually high call volume at this time.
